Coco Gauff wants to do something in the world of beauty and fashion “later on” in her career
In a recent interview, Coco Gauff was asked the reason she spoke about Rihanna and Beyonce’s business side. The interviewer focused on whether the tennis star was planning something similar. In her response, Gauff said- “Yeah, I wouldn’t say I necessarily started. Like, I haven’t done anything brainstorming or anything like that. But it’s definitely something I want to do later on in my career.” Gauff’s statement revealed that might not now but in the future, this American tennis prodigy might start her business venture alongside tennis.
Gauff further added to her statement- “You know, I don’t know in what world would be in. I mean, yeah, I can’t tell you. I love beauty and fashion, so maybe something in that world. But, like, again, I haven’t really brainstormed. I’m not planning on starting anything anytime soon. I think I just want to focus on tennis. But I would say towards the later half of my career, I don’t know what the later half will look like, but maybe, like, closer to 30, it might be something I actually try to set.”
Not just Rihanna or Beyonce, Gauff was inspired by her tennis best friend to take up the entrepreneurial role. It was Gauff’s colleague and friend Jessica Pegula, who inspired the Former US Open champion in this field.

After winning the huge prize money of the US Open championship, Gauff wished to invest the $3 million money into a business. She said that she”want(s) to venture out into other things.” Gauff further added– “I just haven’t found what really speaks to me,” At this moment, this American tennis star spoke about her love for fashion.
Gauff commented- “I mean, I really do love fashion. I love makeup. I love that type of thing. I just haven’t really thought about how I would build that into a brand, per se.”
Coco Gauff’s statement about her business plans represented that this tennis star will do something in the fashion or beauty world. Nevertheless, it also appeared that currently, Gauff wishes to dedicate fully to the sport.
