Venus Williams has been riding a high off the tennis courts for quite some time now. Not only did her movie King Richard perform fantastically at the box office, it also won a lot of awards. But now, Venus and her sister Serena Williams are upping the glam quotient for a wedding.

Famous British footballer David Beckham has been married to Spice girl and famous fashion designer Victoria Beckham for more than 2 decades now. Their eldest son, Brooklyn Beckham, who is now 23 years old, married his partner of several years, Nicola Peltz, in a lavish wedding, recently. To say that the reception was star-studded would possibly be an understatement!

Both Venus and Serena were seen at the rehearsal dinner ahead of the wedding too, amongst other guests like actress Eva Longoria, and star chef Gordon Ramsey and his daughter Tilly. Snoop Dog has promised to DJ at their reception too.

The Williams sisters were also present at the rehearsal dinner ahead of the wedding, looking dapper in their designer ensembles.

Serena Williams also hints at Wimbledon comeback

While Serena Williams has been busy with her off-court engagements, she must also be preparing for her comeback to the tour, something she revealed in an interview with NFL quarterback for Green Bay Packers Aaron Rodgers. The last elite-level tournament she played was at the Wimbledon last year, and she has hinted that she will be back for another attempt at a 24th Grand Slam, in this year’s Wimbledon too!

Interestingly, Venus too has hinted at a comeback at the same, saying “I never like to miss Wimbledon.”
