Whenever someone mentions Patrick Mouratoglou‘s coaching portfolio, Serena Williams‘ name is the first one to click in the fans’ minds. The renowned coach shared an amazing journey with the WTA legend for nearly 10 long years. However, his regard for her doesn’t seem to be deep enough.

Recently, Mouratoglou got a chance to make a list of players with the best forehands according to him. As he mentioned major entities like Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer, and more, fans highly criticized the fact that he missed Serena’s name.

While his list of most powerful forehands missed his most successful partner Serena’s name, fans came forward to criticize him over it.

A fan began the trail of negative comments by mentioning the irrelevant nature of Serena’s partnership with him. They wrote, “Serena’s biggest crime is making Patrick relevant.”

As other fans spotted this comment, they started to admit it and take the lead ahead. Another fan, nodding to the irrelevancy, commented, “I think i agree!  she made him.”

Another fan went ahead and boldly mentioned the fact that Mouratoglou was a nobody before being connected with Serena Williams.

“She realized her success was his. That’s prolly why we ain’t never see a slam again,” wrote another fan, trolling the fact that Mouratoglou gained recognition only because of Serena Williams’ success.

With these and several other comments based on a similar perspective, the fans made it clear that they were not ready to accept the fact that Mouratoglou failed to regard Serena Williams’ skills.

While everyone thought that the amount was quite higher than what it should be, they didn’t let this go unnoticed. A fan criticized Mouratoglou’s hyped standards by commenting, “He thinks he is Federer?”
