Recently, the renowned NAACP Image Awards event has decided to honor the 41-year-old’s contribution to the entire sporting realm.

To mark the special occasion, the former tennis ace donned elegant black attire for the prestigious event. Along with her husband, Alexis Ohanian, a lot of other notable figures were in awe after witnessing her stunning look. The fashion powerhouse, Blackwood recently designed a stunning black velvet gown for the 41-year-old tennis legend. Later, Serena Williams donned that luxurious outfit with the help of the popular celebrity stylist Kesha McLeod. To add more elegance to her look, the American tennis icon paired a set of dazzling diamond jewelry.

The former tennis ace slayed the black velvet gown for the prestigious event where she is to be honored with the Jackie Robinson Sports Award.  Taking note of her gorgeous persona, the American internet entrepreneur, Alexis Ohanian stormed to the comments section to laud her wife.

Apart from the Reddit cofounder, a number of other notable figures joined to lavish praise on the Queen of the court. The renowned American actor, Jamie Foxx also commented with a fire emoji after seeing Williams slaying that elegant look.

Other popular social media figures, Marie Mouroum, and Rakia Reynolds called her the “Queen” for her latest antics ahead of the NAACP Image Awards. Williams included her adorable daughter, Olympia Ohanian as part of that iconic moment. She shared a video clip on her Instagram story, in which she was spotted showering kisses on the cheeks of her little daughter.
