The American tennis legend is very active on social media and often shares glimpses of her everyday life with her millions of fans. Hours ago, she took to Instagram to show off her first workout in the gym that she does daily. It is one of the famous workouts that has gone viral on social media.

Sharing a story on her official Instagram handle, Williams said, “In the gym, this is what I keep in my pocket. Yes, that’s my pocket. So what actually I work out there with leg see, squat, just really good from the other things. I stay here for about a minute. It’s my knee moving, so I can always have Megan knees.”
‘Megan Knees’ is inspired by none other than the famous American rapper, Megan Thee Stallion. It is a viral social media trend, and millions of gym enthusiasts have shared videos of them performing this workout. This workout requires coordination between hips and knees and one needs to have good strength in their legs to do this properly.

In one of her recent posts on social media, the younger Williams sister opened up about the reason behind her daily workout motivation. For the record, she followed her fitness regime even during her pregnancy. She revealed that the actual reason behind this was nostalgia.
Talking about this, she said, “I’m working out to my tennis pre match playlist… aiiiii I get so pumped. Too much nostalgia.” Every time the 23-time Grand Slam champion hits the gym, memories of her glorious tennis career resurface while she sometimes listens to her tennis pre-match playlist.
