“Golf icon in the making.” This is what Serena Williams‘ husband, Alexis Ohanian, wrote while sharing a picture of Olympia from their “daddy-daughter date” on his Instagram stories two years ago. Olympia, who was then 4 years old, dressed up in a beautiful red dress with a red hairband, white shoes on her feet, and a mini golf club in her hand. It was just the beginning of the duo’s golf outings and Ohanian’s latest post announced the return of his ‘daddy caddy’ duties for Olympia.

This time Olympia is seen giving a big swing with the golf club rather than just giving a pose for the camera. Her father looked absolutely delighted with his daughter’s prowess and shared that picture on his Instagram account. He captioned it, “Daddy Caddy for @olympiaohanian but really coached by @briittany_ferrante. We know we got at least one @wearelagc owner in the fam who can grip it & rip it.” Brittany Ferrante, the Director of Junior Golf Tequesta Country Club also shared that post on her Instagram stories along with a few glimpses of how she trains the young golfers.

In May last year, Ohanian shared an image of Olympia on the golf course where she was seen posing in her follow-through pose after striking the ball. He posted that image captioning, “Took @OlympiaoOhanian out for some practice. Y’all aren’t ready.“

Then a few months later, the proud dad yet again uploaded an image of himself with Olympia on a picturesque golf course. Ohanian proudly stated that he had taken up the role of Caddy Daddy for the day. He even tagged Los Angeles Golf Club (a club that Alexis Ohanian owns) writing, “On Sundays, I’m Daddy Caddy. #GolfForEverybody @wearelagc.” 

Being the daughter of Serena Williams, it’s quite obvious to have a special knack for sports. The left gold swing from Olympia is a bliss to witness. Once, Ohanian posted a clip of her clean golf swing on his Instagram account. Within a few minutes, the post was showered with plenty of love. Several of them even portrayed their admiration for Olympia’s golfing skills in the comment section.

One of the fans asked, “I wonder where she gets that eye-hand coordination? Hmmm!” Alexis Ohanian didn’t waste any time to give a reply to this question. He stated, “Surely my videogame skills.” It seemed as if the 40-year-old internet entrepreneur and investor was trying to soothe his ego after realizing he is now probably the worst golf player in the family!
