The 23-time Grand Slam champion Serena Williams’ husband, Alexis Ohanian, is setting some really high standards. He has always been there for his wife and his daughter. Ohanian provided emotional support to Williams in her retirement tour and took full responsibility for Olympia while she was in the circuit.

He has now become Olympia’s best friend. Further, they have a variety of shared hobbies, such as making pancakes. Speaking of which, they recently unlocked a new trick that helps them both enjoy cooking.

Alexis Ohanian aces a new technique

A few days ago, the co-founder of Reddit tried using a hack for pancakes that suggested using a cold griddle initially and then switching on the heat. Although he failed miserably in the first attempt, he kept trying. As the fruit of that determination, this time his pancakes turned out great. “I told y’all I’d be back with an upgrade!” An overwhelmed Ohanian wrote.

“Got a non-stick pancake griddle and some squeeze bottles with super small tips for extra precision. I gotta work on the batter (should be thicker since I’m now doing this on a cold griddle and I don’t want it to run).”

Thereafter, he added, “But we’re in for a fun Sunday. Today was Experimental Pancake day. An unexpected bonus to doing it this way is Olympia can easily draw with me because the griddle is off.”

Ohanian and Olympia are like the head chef and sous chef duo when it comes to cooking pancakes. They have created recipes such as a pancake Christmas tree, which might come in handy next month, and a pancake pizza, among others.

How Olympia and Ohanian spend their time together

The father-daughter duo loves exploring new arenas. They try their hands on a variety of things. For example, recently, Ohanian shared an array of pictures on Instagram of his and Olympia’s day of creating stone art.

Further, they visited a golf course for Olympia’s first golfing experience. Needless to say, the former World no.1’s daughter, who has inherited her mother’s athletic genes, performed really well.
