The WNBA star took to her social to talk about the social issue as she stated, “How many people in places of power in your office are Black?”

Carrington went on to say, “How many Black colleagues does your company have?” The American basketball player further appreciated Ohanian’s decision and his efforts for the black community. Carrington stated, “THIS IS LEADERSHIP.”

Ohanian’s initiatives for eradicating racial hate
After announcing his decision, the tech figure urged his company to replace him with a black person in order to fill the position of the Reddit board. Ohanian further made a nice gesture towards the community by announcing his decision to contribute funds for their welfare. The American entrepreneur stated that he contributed his gains from his Reddit stock for the welfare of the black community.

Ohanian also said that he will make a donation of $1 million to the American civil rights activist, Colin Kaepernick’s project ‘Know Your Rights Camp’. The Reddit cofounder has constantly made such initiatives to eradicate racism.
