The 23-time Grand Slam winner and her husband welcomed their second daughter into the world almost a month ago. The devoted parent has been on paternity leave ever since, challenging the norm in his own unique way. And while he is on paternity leave, he recently gave a little glimpse into his typical day with his two daughters by his side.

Rather than going with the caption, the Reddit co-founder just wrote a hashtag about his current availability, stating that he is currently busy parenting his newborn daughter while enjoying some time with his 6-year-old.

Williams’ husband wants to make paternity leave policies fairer 

Earlier this year, the 40-year-old American entrepreneur shared an emotional message for all men in an interview with ‘People’ regarding gender equality while opening up about the struggles that men face soon after they enter the parenthood phase. He emphasized the fact that paid paternity leave after a baby is born should be normalized just like maternity leave is.

Along with that, he revealed that the struggle to maintain a work-life balance comes from an understanding of the importance of paid paternal leave and the need to provide the family with a good amount of time to be together before returning to work. Nevertheless, he started advocating for federal legislation establishing paid family leave in 2019, and since then, he has been unstoppable.
