He rejoiced in the ground-breaking numbers in the rising popularity of women’s sport. He showed faith in the numbers and claimed it as just the beginning of an astounding rise of NWSL.

He recently took to his Twitter handle and replied to a tweet that shared the numbers backing the rising popularity of the sport. “Not even started yet,” he said.

Moreover, the NWSL season’s final weekend is yet to begin and the rising numbers show the positive trend in women’s soccer’s popularity. It has hit 1 million fans in a single season for the first time.
Ohanian uses his social media platforms wisely to promote the rising popularity of women’s soccer. The renowned entrepreneur had once tweeted and encouraged Jennifer Lopez and A-ROD to invest in NWSL.
How has Serena Williams affected Alexis Ohanian’s outlook?
Before meeting Serena Williams, Ohanian was not a fan of tennis. But now he follows it ardently and supports his wife. Williams’ influence has changed the face of women’s tennis and Ohanian has learned some lessons from that. He used the women’s tennis statistics to prove that a male-dominated sport could be more popular when women play it too.
