In a recent revelation, Alexis Ohanian shared heartfelt words about his late grandpa, John Ohanian. John lived 101 amazing years, overcoming tough times after being born in the aftermath of a tough period called the Armenian Genocide. His parents survived that tough time and taught him the value of being strong and sticking together as a family, something that stayed with him his whole life.

John was from a generation that faced many challenges, like the Great Depression and World War II. He served in the army during the war and later became a lawyer, fighting for lots of different people. “We laid my Grandfather, John Ohanian, to rest yesterday. “Great Grandpa” (to Olympia & Adira) was a man whose journey of 101 years (one month away from 102!) was a testament to resilience, dedication, and the enduring power of family,” wrote Alexis Ohanian while sharing his message.

One take at a time

In a world where player rivalries dominate social media conversations, I am someone who prefers to enjoy the skills showcased on the court rather than be involved in feuds over the greatness of players. Right from my early childhood, I have been engrossed by the legendary rivalry between Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal. It turned me into a ?Fedal? fan and eventually, when I graduated from college, this fandom created an interest in covering their exploits on the court.
