Former American tennis star Serena Williams is spending quality time with her daughter after retirement. The 41-year-old recently played her last game and now her life is pretty much Olympia-centred. While doing things together, Serena is also doing her job as a mother and always tries to teach something to Olympia.

Currently, Olympia is learning to bake. And the judge and tutor both is her mother. As the five-year-old prepared her lemon cookies, Serena came up with a review. Here’s a detailed review of Olympia’s cookie from Serena Williams.

Serena Williams reviews her daughter’s baking skills

Serena Williams recently shared a video review of Olympia’s lemon cookies. While one might expect her to be lenient to the kid, Serena was very critical and straightaway, the first thing she said about the cookie was negative.

“Today I am judging Olympia’s lemon cookies. They’re really delicious. I would like for the size to be more even,” she said. Further, Serena liked the design of the cookie. ” I like the glitter on the top of this and I know you are going for different looks,” she added.

Going deeper into the review, the 41-year-old added, “I love how when you break it apart it’s really easy to break means actually it is a very soft cookie. And the inside is soft as well.”

Getting critical again, Serena said, “Glazing could do a little bit more even but I know probably your sous chef (Alexis) did that.”

Finally, the former world number 1 tasted the cookie and loved it. “That has a really good lemon flavor. It’s a really good cookie. Is it a gluten-free cookie?” Serena asked. To which Olympia said “no”

Concluding her review, Serena said, “You did a really good job with this.”

By the end, Olympia had taken enough of the judging and she screamed, “this is crazy” when her mother invited her in front of the camera.

Olympia learns to make pancakes

Both Serena and Alexis seem to be on a mission to teach Olympia her way into the kitchen. While Serena is in charge of the baking department, Ohanian took care of the pancakes. As a Sunday tradition, Ohanians make pancaked for their kids. So does Alexis.

However, this time he collaborated with Olympia and the father-daughter duo combined to prepare beautifully designed pancakes. The 39-year-old took to his Twitter account and shared multiple videos of the same.
