Serena Williams once talked about having kids at a young age

The American tennis icon was once featured in an interview where she talked about some dominant figures in sports then. Meanwhile, Serena Williams also talked about her tennis journey and also becoming a parent at a young age. The 23-time singles Grand Slam champion further likened the experience of having a baby to that of having a “road dog.”

“I’ve thought it would be cool to have a baby young,” Williams stated. She further went on to compare a baby to a “road dog” as she stated, “You know, be my road dog – like my dogs, they travel the world – but there’s always something you have to give up for success.” However, Williams further added, “Everything comes at a cost. Just what are you willing to pay for it?”
