Remember when Serena Williams delighted fans by saying, “I got some goodies from Good American. Thanks, Khloe. I love this dress,” after receiving a pink modern tank maxi dress and wide-leg sweatpants from Khloé Kardashian’s brand? Well, their friendship has always blended glam and girl power.
Back in 2023, Khloe sent Serena a black and pink swimsuit from her Good American swimwear line, prompting the tennis icon to gush, “Uh oh, summer time about to get in. To the pool. Good American. Thank you Khloe.” However, now, their bond is going next level.
Serena just gave a fresh shout-out to her friend’s new venture, Khloud, this time as an investor, too, through Serena Ventures. So what exactly did the tennis queen say in her latest nod of approval?

Khloé Kardashian has officially entered the food industry with the launch of her new company, “Khloud”, debuting its first product, a protein-packed popcorn, available at Target starting April 29. This innovative snack features whole-grain corn and a unique “Khloud Dust,” a blend of milk protein and seasoning. Alongside retail shelves, the popcorn will also be available for purchase through the brand’s website. And as Khloud hits the market, longtime friend Serena Williams offered her enthusiastic seal of approval, celebrating the entrepreneurial milestone with heartfelt support.
A few moments ago, the 23-time GS winner took to IG to celebrate her friend Khloé Kardashian’s newest business milestone. In one of her stories, Serena shared a snap of the “Khloud Protein Popcorn” lineup, showcasing the vibrant, colorful packaging. Alongside the photo, she enthusiastically wrote, “I am so ready for this,” tagging both the Khloud brand and Khloe’s account. In another story, she re-shared Khloe’s original post that read, “On Khloud nine with the launch of all new Khloud Protein Popcorn 🥰 Now available in-stores and online at Target.com,”

The excitement around the launch isn’t just personal, it’s deeply professional, too! Serena Ventures, the tennis icon’s investment firm, is one of the major backers behind Khloud. The journey began in December when TechCrunch reported that Khloe and her mother, Kris Jenner, were seeking to raise $10 million for the snack brand. That target was quickly exceeded, confirming serious investor confidence.
Jessica Bixby, associate partner at K5 Global, another key investor, confirmed the fundraising success. Alongside Serena Ventures, other prominent names like William Morris Endeavor (WME) and Shrug Capital also came on board.

Khloe, speaking about the idea behind the snack, shared, “I was going to fitness stores to get protein, grab and go. And they don’t taste very well, in my opinion, and they’re filled with so much filler and artificial stuff. And I really just wanted something, selfishly, that tasted great, that didn’t have a ton of ingredients in it, that I could fulfill my protein intake with.”
Serena has been consistently supportive. Just last week, she shared an IG story reposting Serena Ventures’ endorsement of Khloud. “The news is out! Mark your calendars for April 29 to order at the link below,” the post read.
Amid all this, she also recently revealed her secret favorites in a fun IG game, giving fans a playful look into her current obsessions.
