

The childhood home of Serena and Venus Williams is on the verge of being sold at auction. Currently, their former stepmother Lakeisha Williams has the property. She is in debt of over $500k and the lender has taken the legal route to get his money back.

Now the scrutiny has increased as law enforcement agencies are strictly investigating the finances of Richard Williams’ estranged wife. Lakeisha lashed out at the way the investigation was proceeding and also called out the opposition for their excessive demands.

Lakeisha Williams blasts at her creditor’s lawyers
Lakeisha was not happy with the demand put up by her creditor’s lawyer. The opposition has asked for full repayment along with the interest added to the amount. Further, the creditor also wants her to pay the legal fee and other expenses he incurred for the case.

Williams called out the demands as “unreasonable” and “unnecessary.” She further lashed out at the authorities, investigating her messed-up finances. Lakeisha called the investigation “grossly unreasonable” and “frivolous”

Earlier, Lakeisha had demanded for an option to repay the debt in monthly installments extending for a period of five years. She also tried to file for bankruptcy twice earlier. This is her third attempt at the same.

Serena Williams had a floral makeover of her Miami home
After her marriage to the Reddit co-founder, Alexis Ohanian, Serena Williams, moved into her beautiful mansion in Miami. Initially, Serena took the help of her sister Venus Williams’ interior designer to decorate her minimalistic-themed home. Serena and Alexis married in 2017, and the couple recently completed their five-year anniversary.

On this occasion, Ohanian surprised Serena and Olympia with a beautiful floral redo of the entire home. Serena also shared the video of her redecorated home.
