Serena Williams Uncovers ‘Disguised’ Look While Picking Daughter Olympia From School in an Immaculate Use of Her Makeup Brand WYN Beauty

From managing business to performing mommy duties, American tennis legend Serena Williams is a testament to a strong force. Williams’ interest in fashion and beauty has brought her many recognitions including the Fashion Icon Award at the 2023 CFDA Awards. However, she amazed her fans when she launched her beauty label, WYN Beauty to support the mental health issues of mothers. Recently, she showcased her “volunteer” look look all while doing mother duties.

A reliable source recently shared a post containing two clips and three photos of the Olympic gold-medalist WTA star. In the first clip, fans spotted Williams sharing her makeup tips for every day as she said- “I am just doing everyday girl face, skin tint all wyn beauty, super easy and I just need to go out relax.” 

The former world number one shared two pictures of the final look. Here, Williams was spotted wearing a black deep-neck peplum top with grey printed short tights highlighted with a bracelet and a watch. Williams kept her blonde and shiny hair open to add a more natural feeling to the look.

Serena Williams also shared another clip in the same post, where she was donning a pair of animal-printed regular glasses and a pearl necklace with minimal nude makeup. In this clip, Williams was spotted saying- “This is my volunteer at Oympia’s school look. I mean like I gotta wear disguise, I don’t have to but this is just mood today basically, How will they know? they don’t know? How will they ever know? How could they know?  Volunteer time baby!”

In early April this year, Serena Williams, joining ranks of Celebrity Makeup Entrepreneurs, launched her own active lifestyle brand, WYN Beauty. She said she founded the brand to offer “makeup you can move in,” owing to the fact that she “was always searching for makeup that looked good after hours on the court.” The famous tennis legend herself opened up about her makeup struggles while presenting this beauty line’s objective to her fans.

The editors of Marie Claire magazine tried to understand the reason behind Serena Williams’s new business venture. In this context, they bring out Williams’s comment: “I love being glamorous and I love red carpet and I love Met Galas, and I think they’re great, But what I really want is to just be every day. I can’t wear that going to pick up my daughter at school.

Serena Williams’s comment helped fans to understand that post-retirement she needed a more subtle yet glamorous presence outside. Williams wanted to look effortless and not too makeup-heavy and that is where she embarked on this Beauty line.
