Serena Williams’ husband explains the nature of TGL in his own way

This wasn’t the first time when Alexis Ohanian stepped in to share his excitement over TGL updates. Back when the Reddit co-founder emerged as a team owner in the event, he appreciated the innovative format of the event, regarding it as something that non-golf fans would appreciate too.

“That is very appealing, even to a non-golf fan. And I just believe so strongly in sports overall as a tremendous growth opportunity for the next few decades,” he said, insisting on the fact that the league comes up with a truly entertaining format.

The renowned entrepreneur continued his explanation, mentioning that the event will also add a “prospect of a really modern team golf format that was going to show the world, “hey you know the sport actually is for you.” Very very exciting.” As the commencement date of the event still stands to be far off, the updates from Serena Williams’ husband continue to keep the anticipation alive.
