‘She Gets Criticised for Whatever’- Naomi Osaka’s Boyfriend Cordae Opens Up on his Relationship

Japanese tennis player Naomi Osaka has created a special place of importance in this sport. The way she has competed in recent years has been simply phenomenal. At the age of 24 years, she is the proud winner of four Grand Slam titles.

Recently, Osaka’s rapper boyfriend, Cordae spoke about the relationship he shares with the Japanese tennis player. As we are aware that both individuals have a busy life. One is making music, and the other is entertaining the world with exceptional tennis.

Cordae was asked about how negativity affects them. To which, he said, “She gets criticized for whatever just because I feel like tennis is just don’t put that on me. I wasn’t shaking. It was unrelated. Nah, not really man, it’s no pressure on that, like, because we both are individuals in our sport, you know, it’s just, we move that way.”

Naomi Osaka began her tennis this year in Australia 

Coming on to tennis, Osaka played in an event before the Australian Open. However, she withdrew herself from the semifinal match as she was dealing with health issues.

During Australian Open,  she was unable to defend her title. And lost to American tennis player Amanda Anisimova in the third round. It was an epic match and the winner had to be decided by playing a tiebreaker in which Amanda had to reach 10 points.

Her expected return to the court

Naomi was last spotted at the Super Bowl finals. However, She will be competing at the Indian Wells and the Miami Open later next month. She has not been performing up to her usual standards in recent times.

However, she is a champion and will bounce back to winning ways. Nonetheless, we wish her all the best for the remainder of the season as we are still in the early days. It will be interesting to see how she performs in the coming events.
