Former World no.1, Caroline Wozniacki, has been enjoying her retirement with her baby daughter Olivia and husband David Lee. Notably, the Danish player announced her retirement back in December 2019. Given she was just 29-years-old then, her retirement came as a surprise for everyone. 

Shifting her focus to family life, post her retirement, Wozniacki welcomed home her baby daughter, Olivia Wozniacki, on June 11th, 2021. Recently, the adorable mother-daughter duo went on a visit to the zoo as Wozniacki posted some pictures and videos on social media of the same.

Caroline Wozniacki takes her daughter to the zoo

 Caroline Wozniacki and her daughter Olivia are Instagram’s favorite mother-daughter duo. Almost eight months old, Olivia has turned a star on social media, as Caroline posts pictures of her daughter regularly. Recently, the pair took a trip to a zoo, as Wozniacki shared a few glimpses of the same on her Instagram stories. 

Notably, it was Olivia’s first zoo visit, and she couldn’t look happier. Caroline wrote, “Olivias first time to the zoo! She was mesmerized.” 

While they saw plenty of animals, giraffes and penguins caught got their attention the most. After seeing the giraffes, Caroline jokingly said, “She got to meet her dads family [tallest animal..].” 

Ecstatic at the sight of a few penguins, the former tennis star wrote, “Not sure who was more excited about the penguins, Olivia or me.”

Update on Wozniacki’s retirement match

On 23rd September 2021, Wozniacki announced she will play a retirement match against Angelique Kerber on February 9th, 2022.

“Excited to announce we found a date for my “Final Match” in Copenhagen! It is going to be February 9, 2022 in Royal Arena against my great friend Angelique Kerber! Can’t wait to see you there!!” Wozniacki announced on Twitter.

However, because of Covid, she had to reschedule her match for April 5th.An update for my Final Match. Thank you so much for the support and patience! I hope everyone is staying safe! See you April 5th!” Wozniacki revealed on Twitter.

Not to forget, it would be the very first time the 2018 Australian Open winner will play, since announcing her retirement. How excited are you about this match?
