In 2017, Serena Williams was all set to play at the Australian Open. Before the tournament began, she received probably the best news of her life, her impending motherhood. Serena went on to play in the Grand Slam tournament and defeated her elder sister, Venus Williams, in the final to clinch her 23rd Grand Slam title.

Serena Williams’ husband packs a sweet surprise for Olympia

Alexis took to Twitter to display the gift for his daughter, Olympia. Sharing a picture of the KEX chocolate bar, he said, “I was gifted a giant chocolate bar from a carnival game last night by @norabavey1 and had to get creative packing it for @OlympiaOhanian she’ll love it tho.”

Olympia has a close-knit bond with her parents and often shares adorable moments with them. Earlier this year, Alexis heaped praise on his daughter, saying, “I’m 39 today. Waking up with this little paleontologist was the best birthday gift I could’ve asked for.”

Serena to be in action next week

The American legend will be marking her return at the Eastbourne International. She’ll team up with Ons Jabeur to participate in women’s doubles at the tournament.
