Osaka might be able to break what Williams couldn’t

After Kim Clijsters, no WTA star has managed to win a Grand Slam after they became a parent. Serena Williams was no exception to it. Although Williams played in four slam finals, she couldn’t find the ultimate victory. Now, Osaka is in the same initial boat as her. She came back after having her first daughter and now looks forward to a slam that she has won twice.

As per Rothenberg, Osaka has a chance to do it. There is no guarantee, but there is a good chance with how she plays at the moment. Osaka will play in the Australian Open and has landed in Melbourne for practice. Can she manage to recreate her feats from 2019 to 2021?
