Most of the world sleeps and snores at 2 AM. However, for Serena Williams last night, when the clock struck 2 AM, she found herself in a great deal of pain. Williams’ pain stemmed from her pregnancy. However, instead of giving in to the pain, she found the strength to head to the pharmacy. Eventually, she bought her preferred pregnancy pain reliever.

Williams expressed her ordeal through a brief but insightful tweet. In her tweet, Williams wrote, “2am pharmacy run for heating pad? I forgot about this #pregnancypains”. The fact that Williams forgot about pregnancy pains isn’t surprising. After all, the last time she experienced them, the year was 2017, prior to her daughter Olympia’s birth.

However, Williams’ decision to stop taking anticoagulants, medications for preventing blood clots, backfired.
