Stephens on the importance of self-care
During a recent interview, the former US Open champion opened up about the importance of self-care while addressing mental well-being. She said, “I love self-care; I love taking care of myself. I think like for me the biggest thing is feeling good. Obviously, when you play a sport, you travel all the world like the feelings that you feel when you are traveling are very important like when you are away from home, like managing that.”
