Venus Williams shares a harsh fitness reality 

Recently, the seven-time Grand Slam champion oozed her yoga swag as she attended a CorePower Yoga event in her perfect Eleven By Venus training outfit. She took to her Instagram account to share some amazing highlights from the event and also reveal some yoga secrets. She shared a picture of herself in an amazing green outfit while keeping her look minimal.

Along with that, Venus Williams revealed her favorite yoga and wrote, “My favorite kind of yoga? Restorative.” But at the same time, she also talked about a harsh reality that might shock her fans. In a conversation during the same event, she highlighted how, with the growing time her body has also changed a lot.

She stated, “My flexibility on a scale of 1 to 10 is a number that is so infinitely small that it has not been invented yet.” In addition, she also wrote about the problems she faces while doing yoga. She wrote, “I try but my body gets so tired from training and weightlifting.”
