Unlike her sister Serena Williams, Venus Williams continues playing the racket sport. Her performance may not be at the same level as her prime, but Queen V still competes in WTA tours. Her 2023 season has not gone well so far, as she has been out of commission due to injuries. However, a recent update from a team member of Venus shows that she will most likely come back to play in the Wimbledon.

Venus Williams sustained a hamstring injury during the ASB Classic prior to the Australian Open. This was depressing news to Williams and her fans, as she had just won her first match in 18 months at the tournament. She has since been in recovery and aims to make a comeback this season.

Venus Williams is getting ready for the next slam
Although Queen V has been absent for the entire year, she is looking to make a comeback. Williams was going to continue her 2023 season in the Australian Open as she received a wild card. But an injury in the ASB classic forced her to withdraw. Since then, there has been immense speculation about her coming back on the court and showing her prowess once again.

While many videos and pictures of Williams’ training have been shared, the most recent one puts more confidence in her fans. Pato Zarazua, Williams’ hitting partner, shared a picture in which he tagged the seven-time grand slam champion. The picture was of a well-maintained grass court, indicating that Queen V would play once again at Wimbledon. Zarazua wrote, “@Venuswilliams 😍🔥“.

Although she has been absent for quite a long time, Williams has shared her training routine with her followers.
