To mention her reason, Raducanu perfectly pointed out the lavishing prize of the event, which made her excited to participate. This year it will be the 46th Porsche Tennis Grand Prix and the winner will take home a brand new Porsche Taycan Turbo S Sport Turismo. This extravagant prize has totally encouraged Emma Raducanu to take part in the competition.

Raducanu’s injury and her subsequent surgery kept her off the court for most of 2022 and 2023. Now following her return with the upcoming Australian Open, Raducanu seemed energetic. She said, “One thing the time off has told me is I love the sport. Like going back on after such a long break you come back with so much more enthusiasm and hunger.” 

Following Emma Raducanu’s statement, her fans are supercharged. They are now expecting something truly unbelievable from this tennis talent. Similar to this event, Raducanu also feels positive about the Grand Slam tournaments.

Emma Raducanu feels positive about her return to professional tennis tournaments after a long break

After suffering major injuries in both her wrist and ankle, Radcanu spent most of the 2023 season off the court. Now with a remarkable return in the Auckland Classic, Raducanu expressed her excitement. She said, “Yeah, I feel reborn in a way. I feel fresh, I feel ready, I feel happy and I feel excited, Overall, I’m feeling positive and lighter.”

Elaborating on her fresh perspective, Raducanu added, “I think that for two years after the U.S. Open I felt maybe a bit more weight on my shoulders, but now I feel completely fresh.”
