Internet entrepreneur and Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian never leaves out a chance to show off to the world about the achievements of his wife, Serena Williams. The 23-time Grand Slam champion has a support team of her own in her family with Alexis and daughter Olympia being cheerleaders during her matches.

Alexis Ohanian unsatisfied with Serena Williams’ rookie card sale
Recently, a 1999 Sports Illustrated for Kids Series 4 rookie card of Serena Williams was sold for $117,000 in a record sale. This set the benchmark high, as it was the highest sale for a female sports card.

In fact, Serena made not just one, but two records during the January Premier Auction. Another rookie card of hers registered the second highest sale at $96,000. This shows the American’s craze and how fans are interested to have Serena’s rookie cards in their possession.

Even after setting record benchmarks with the sale, Alexis believes that Serena’s rookie cards are still undervalued. The entrepreneur took to Instagram stories to share the photo posted by PSA and wrote, “Still undervalued.”

Serena looks to make a comeback on the WTA tour ahead of clay-court season
Both on and off the court, Serena Williams proves that she is a champion and garners immense attention from fans with her activities. After pulling out of the Australian Open this year due to medical issues, the American is looking to bounce back on the WTA tour.

However, Serena is yet to announce her comeback tournament. Before the start of the French Open, the American might opt to play a couple of tournaments to gain enough match practice in pursuit of her 24th major title in Paris.

Last year, Serena reached the fourth round, where she lost to Elena Rybakina. Even at Wimbledon, Serena was unfortunate as she slipped on center court during her first-round matchup against Aliaksandra Sasnovich. Serena could no longer continue to play after the fall and was forced to retire.

In what can be considered a final leg for Serena Williams on the WTA tour, the 23-time Grand Slam champion will try to enjoy the sport by playing as many tournaments as possible and look to bag a few titles in her name.
