Osaka herself has suffered frustrating injury setbacks this year and was quick to run to her opponent’s help. While the Aussie later updated on her injury, she also called out her fellow WTA players for a specific reason.

Daria Saville calls out WTA colleagues

Saville took to her Twitter account and wrote about her condition. She wrote two distinct notes for people who took time to enquire about her well-being, while the other was for ones who ignored it when she was in pain.

“Thanks to everyone who has messaged me – It means the world. On the other hand, I’m s**tlisting all of my colleagues who literally saw me today on crutches in Tokyo and didn’t say a word. It cannot be that hard to be a nice person. Just makes sad. And makes me not wanna go through it all again to make a comeback on tour and spend most of the time seeing these people,” she wrote.

On the second note, she thanked her colleagues, who spared the time to ask about her wellbeing. Saville will get an MRI scan tomorrow, which will reveal the seriousness of her injury. For now, the Aussie tennis star looks really disappointed with the lack of empathy of fellow tennis players.
