Strict Mom Naomi Osaka’s Stern Stance on Daughter’s Privacy Unveiled in a Stirring Admission

Numerous celebrities now prefer to keep their kids away from the limelight and refrain from sharing their baby’s pictures on social media. Japanese tennis star, Naomi Osaka recently made it very clear about protecting her daughter’s privacy. She recently spoke to the press ahead of her campaign at the Qatar Open.

The 26YO Japanese star said she misses her daughter a lot and would love to have her company on her tour days. But she wouldn’t reveal her much in the media.

Naomi Osaka is excited to travel to Europe

A few weeks ago, Naomi Osaka revealed that she was upset after not being able to fully capitalize on her time staying away from Shai during her Australia tour. She has won only one match after her comeback. Although Naomi Osaka loves to travel, she missed quite a lot of it during her pregnancy. So, she’s happy to be back exploring new places around the world but at the same time sad for not being able to make time for her daughter.

Osaka addressed a press conference in Doha on Sunday, where she said, “Of course, I really miss my daughter. But I’m looking forward to her travelling with me because she’ll come to Europe. I guess that also makes me very excited to go to Europe. So she’s coming to Indian Wells and Miami. You won’t see her, though, because I guess she’ll just be at the house, but I think I do need to be a lot smarter with my scheduling because I really want to make time for her and I don’t want her to not have me in her memories.”

Osaka is now a little happy and confident about her victory against Garcia

She joked about sharing the same birthday with Frances’s Caroline Garcia. Osaka said, “Of course, it’s kind of funny to hear that I’m playing her again, but I’m a little happy. Like, she’s always been a really nice person, and I know I’m not supposed to think that about my opponent. But I know we also share the same birthday. At the end of the day, a Libra is going to win.”

Naomi Osaka has arguably been drawn against tough opponents since her comeback at almost all the events she has played as of now. But she has made it clear that doesn’t believe in ‘unlucky draws’ as she thinks the better player always wins at the end of the day.
