Stuttgart Open: Overambitious Iga Swiatek Goes the Extra Mile To Ensure That She Adds Another Porsche to Her Already-Lavish Collection

Polish tennis star Iga Swiatek made another successful triumph on the clay court. After bagging the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix title for two consecutively years, Swiatek made another ravishing entry to the tour’s quarterfinals this season. With this, she is eyeing a total price money of $922,573 along with a brand new Porsche Taycan 4S Sport Turismo to drive away in. While she already poses two Porsche, Iga revealed a “nice problem” that comes with the third one.

The official Instagram page of the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix recently shared a clip, where Iga Swiatek was asked- “You already have two cars in your garage. I know you don’t wanna think ahead but do you have space for a third one?” Fans understood that it was directed at Swiatek’s feelings about winning the tournament.

Surprisingly for her fans, this Polish WTA star responded- “Um, I have more cars but yeah well, there’s always space for Porsche.” The World No. 1 further said that she will consider building an underground garage in the future. Along with that, she unveiled her top priority at the moment. “If not we’ll make it you know. I’ll build an underground garage. It’s a nice problem to have so I’ll be working hard to just play as well as possible here.”

Gearhead Swiatek recently made a pit stop at Porsche Museum! Taking a break from her winning ways, tennis champion Iga Swiatek fulfilled a dream by exploring the Museum in Zuffenhausen, Stuttgart. Before making the visit, which was atop her wish list, Iga expressed a heck load of joy.

I associate a lot with the Porsche brand. Not only the fantastic sports cars but also the on-court emotions I’ve enjoyed at the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix, It’s so exciting seeing all the cars and finding out something about their history. I can’t only look at them, I can feel them too.” Swiatek who also represents this luxury car brand in her country showed great joy being able to know about her favorite car brand so closely.

Being one of the most successful players in the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix, World No. 1 dominance led her to own two Porsches. She claimed the winner’s car at the tournament both years, adding a red Porsche Taycan GTS Sport Turismo in 2022 and a blue Porsche Taycan Turbo S Sport Turismo in 2023 to her collection.

Not just that but the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix became special for Swiatek since this WTA star completed her 99th week as the world’s number-one tennis player during this tournament. She expressed her utmost happiness about it.

Swiatek expressed joy when she returned to the Porsche Arena to play the Stuttgart Open tournament this season. She said– “I’m happy to be back on this surface, Also I love this tournament. I have really great memories. Hopefully I’m going to create some more memories this year.”

Switaek further delved into how her Porsche helps her to retain peace. Swiatek said- “When I’m practicing a lot and I’m tired, I like to have peace in my car, “I really like how comfortable the Panamera is. Really, I mean, sometimes I’m putting loud music, but overall it’s pretty quiet, pretty smooth. Still you can feel the sporty vibe.”
