Serena Williams met La La Anthony to seek parenting advice along with Kim Kardashian

During an interview, Serena’s close friend, La La Anthony, revealed that the American tennis legend and Kim Kardashian once met her to seek parenting advice. Talking about this, she said, “Serena and Kim both have girls, and I’m not the expert on girls. I’m such a tomboy, and was very blessed to have a boy. But girly stuff? I’m not the one to call for that!”

Serena found out about her pregnancy before the start of the Australian Open in 2017. However, she went on to play the tournament and emerged victorious, lifting her 23rd Grand Slam title.

Rennae Stubbs lauds Serena and Federer

Stubbs, who was once the World Number 1 in doubles, was all praise for the duo after their retirement from tennis. While Serena ended her career after the US Open, Federer revealed that he’ll retire after playing in the 2022 Laver Cup.

Praising Federer and Serena for their wonderful careers, Stubbs said that they elevated the game to “a different stratosphere.” Additionally, she also felt that they will leave a vacuum behind on their retirement.
