The 10-year-old shook out his legs to perfection and Gauff couldn’t wait but to capture the moment on her phone. Additionally, she wrote, “Usher has made it to gen alpha,” denoting the 45-year-old’s influence among the youth.
Usher’s half-time show was praised not only by Gauff in the tennis world but also by players like Caroline Wozniacki and Jessica Pegula. It showed how the singer-songwriter kept everyone involved with his performance. Gauff enjoyed the game with her brother, whom she has a close bond with.

Coco Gauff had a private moment with her family
Last year, Gauff defeated Aryna Sabalenka to win the 2023 US Open title. It was an amazing moment for the American sensation, winning her maiden Grand Slam title in front of her home fans. Subsequently, she picked up the phone and called up her family, asking, “Is my brother there?”
However, Gauff couldn’t speak to her brother before lifting the US Open trophy. It was indeed an emotional moment for Gauff and she dearly missed the company of her little brothers.
