The largest spherical structure in the world opened its doors to enliven the arid Las Vegas skyline. To enjoy this amazing experience, a lot of tennis stars such as Andre Agassi, Steffi Graf, and Maria Sharapova were present. Like the majority of the celebrities in attendance, Sharapova’s wealthy partner was also left in awe of the 366-foot tall and 516-foot wide spherical structure.

He didn’t miss the chance to gush about the enormous sphere in Las Vegas with a prominent statement. After all, Sharapova’s fiance, Alexander Gilkes, is quite into art. But he wasn’t ready for the “technological masterpiece” the Sphere offered.

Recently, the five-time Grand Slam champion and her fiancé joined the star-studded crowd at the $2.3 billion Sphere Las Vegas. The new massive entertainment venue hosted its first live performance by U2. After the event, Gilkes took to his Instagram account to share some beautiful snaps of the massive globe-shaped venue that literally left the audience amazed.

He wrote, “Has the Sphere forever upped the ante on how we experience art and music? It has for us. What a night, what a technological masterpiece, and what a band to anoint it: U2.” 

In addition, he posted a number of videos and photos of the stunning structure and some breathtaking views of the Irish rock band’s ‘U2:UV Achtung Baby Live at Sphere’ performance. However, he also emphasized the stunning audiovisual presentation showcasing the animation.

Even a former world number one-ranked tennis player shared some amazing insights from the show on the opening night of the Sphere. Sharapova and her rich fiancé were preceded by a fellow tennis legend and his partner, as they savored the moment together.

Along with the Russian tennis beauty, Andre Agassi and his tennis legend wife, Steffi Graf, were also present at the world’s grandest arena to attend the grand opening concert. The eight-time Grand Slam champion took to his Instagram account to express his pride in having that magnificent Sphere in his hometown.

He wrote, “To stand out in the city of lights is an epic win for us all in LAS VEGAS… so proud to be a native, so proud to be here, so proud of what the @SphereVegas will exponentially contribute to our city.”

In that video, he shared a view of the largest sphere and also shared a glimpse of his wife, Graf, enjoying her time at the concert.
