In the video, the 2023 US Open winner looked all business, as she donned a suit, and partook in office activities for the brand—posing in front of cameras, fixing plant pots, typing busily on her computer. However, it was something else that took away the limelight completely. Sparked by her followers’ curiosity, the conversation shifted toward Gauff’s height. The conversation gained traction when the 20-year-old was seen standing beside a lady who seemed at least 20 inches shorter than she is. “Team, our Chief Smoothie Officer…Coco Gauff,” she was heard saying when introducing the tennis star. As expected, it wasn’t long before fans jumped to the comment section to ask a very important question…

But before we get that, for the unversed: Gauff signed with the Naked Brand in June this year. Already a fruit enthusiast and known for her own creative courtside fruity concoctions, it was a no-brainer that the brand, known for its fruit-juice smoothies, would appeal to Coco.

Talking about the same, she had said at the time, “For me, the reason I like fruit on court, being a tennis player and playing long matches, I like to have sugar on court. Fruit has always been the fastest way to do that. I constantly try to take a couple of bites of fruit”.  She also mentioned how she’d be mixing Naked juice into her energy drinks during her matches from then on.

 “I’m excited to add that on court. I think it will make my life easier.” 

The brand’s CEO appeared equally excited to bring onboard a figure as influential as the young star…“We are thrilled to welcome Coco to the family. [She will help us] to dream and develop the future of the Naked Brand and product portfolio with her unique spin,” he had said back then.

As for her latest campaign, it was definitely a marketer’s dream.

But fans were interested to know about something else entirely…

Coco Gauff’s fans are amazed

The moment Gauff shared her new reel with her partner brand Naked Juice on Instagram, her followers went gaga over it. One person sarcastically joked about Gauff’s height and commented, “Why do you look like a giant? Love it😂”  It might be so because when Gauff stood beside the company’s employee who introduced her, she looked really tall, almost double the Naked employee’s height.

Another fan chimed in saying, “I didn’t realize you was so tall 😍”. Gauff’s height is 5 feet 9 inches/ 1.75m. Since her colleagues like Sabalenka, Osaka, Navarro, and others have a similar height to hers, the fraternity hardly realizes how tall she is. These comments reflect that perspective only. Gauff’s post was flooded with comments where people kept dropping their amusement- “Umm how tall are you?!?” These comments showed that people really didn’t understand the former US Open champion’s incredible height.

Gauff’s fans were not just amused, but also quite impressed. One person commented, “You’re so tall wow!”

The whole comment thread was filled with people dropping their surprise. Some of them were so confused that they couldn’t figure out if Gauff was taller or the Naked employee was seriously shorter which made the WTA star look tall. “How tall in coco or how short is that lady,” wrote a person.

Coco Gauff is undoubtedly an inspirational player who hardly fails to motivate herself to dream big. In fact, she works with her heart and soul to achieve those dreams as well.
