Alexis Ohanian takes daughter Olympia where he first met wife Serena Williams

After more than five years of personal history with Rome Cavalieri, Ohanian revisited the same place he first met his wife. But this time, he was out for a coffee with his lifeline, his daughter Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr.

Sitting at the same spot, the husband of Serena Williams could not help but contemplate on life’s mystical working. He even shared a picture of the table on his Instagram handle and captioned a light-hearted message.

“Still no rats here,” Ohanian wrote. “Every morning here in Rome, I’ve come back to where my life changed forever for a cup of coffee just like I did that fateful morning. Now there’s a spunky 3-year-old with me who’s my everything. Life is unexpected & beautiful.”

The family is in Italy as Serena participated in the Italian Open 2021. Although she lost in the opening match, she looks forward to getting more match-reps under her belt.

Consequently, the 23-time Grand Slam champion will play at the Emilia Romagano Open in Parma, Italy. It means a few more rounds left for Alexis at his favorite spot in Rome. Unquestionably, it is also one of Serena’s favorite places. Here’s how she described her first meeting.
