Whenever they spend time with family, they should make the most out of it. 

He then says that they should listen to their significant others and children. It is essential to make sure that family feels heard and seen in order to deepen the bond. His next piece of advice is to create a definite routine. He explains that whatever needs to be done should have a specific time so that one can ensure quality bonding.
