His next piece of advice is to create a definite routine. He explains that whatever needs to be done should have a specific time so that one can ensure quality bonding.

“I promised my wife & daughter I’d be home 6 pm every night for family dinner and that time is damn near sacred for me. My team knows that and we schedule around it,” he adds.
