He started the thread by stating that he could give some practical tips to his followers. His first advice is that they should prioritize quality time. Whenever they spend time with family, they should make the most out of it. 

He then says that they should listen to their significant others and children. It is essential to make sure that family feels heard and seen in order to deepen the bond. His next piece of advice is to create a definite routine. He explains that whatever needs to be done should have a specific time so that one can ensure quality bonding.

The business magnate then goes on to emphasize the importance of setting boundaries. He stated that there should be no work-related distractions during family time. 

“I promised my wife & daughter I’d be home 6 pm every night for family dinner and that time is damn near sacred for me. My team knows that and we schedule around it,” he adds.
