Serena Williams details her pregnancy difficulties 

Williams has been inspiring a lot of pregnant women out there with her intense fitness regime. Recently, the 23-time Grand Slam champion took to her YouTube channel to share a video of her workout routine with her fans. Along with that, she also shared some “pathetic” pregnancy difficulties she is facing nowadays.

In that video, during warm-up, the 41-year-old American tennis legend talked about how, before starting any workout, she needs to open up her hips. She said, “I’m very active with this stretch just to feel it open up and this is kind of pathetic because my hips are insanely tight.” 

While showing her warm-up routine, she also revealed a typical pregnant woman insight regarding how the unborn kid is not letting her be calm. She detailed, “I have more range of motion on this side for whatever reason my left is so tight, and honestly, the baby is literally sitting on my nerve. So it’s more on the left, which makes it even more tight.”

Just a few days ago, a video of the American tennis legend’s workout routine, proudly displaying her baby bum, went viral on social media. In that video, Williams was seen doing a tough workout with a ball. The workout routine was posted on the official Instagram page of Opera Daily, proving that women can do anything.
