On Saturday, the former president, Barack Obama, received an Emmy Award. Obama received an Emmy nomination for the best narrator for his work on the Netflix documentary series “Our Great National Parks.”

Navratilova used this as an opportunity to fire shots at Trump while congratulating Barack Obama. She stated, “Some things money can’t buy. Well done!!!”

Emmy Awards are given in the United States for outstanding individual achievement on television. Navratilova very much highlighted the fact that Obama has won this prestigious award, which is only given to someone for outstanding achievement, whereas Trump has none.

Barack Obama was the most popular nominee in a category that included Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, David Attenborough, and Lupita Nyong’o for the award presented at Saturday night’s Creative Arts Emmys. Obama is only the second president to have won an Emmy. In 1956, President Dwight D. Eisenhower became the first president to receive an Emmy Award.

Martina Navratilova, one of the greatest female tennis players of all time, won 18 Grand Slam singles titles, 31 Grand Slam women’s doubles titles, and 10 Grand Slam mixed doubles titles during her career. The fact that she won her last title in mixed doubles with Bob Ryan in the 2006 US Open final at the age of 49 is simply amazing.

Navratilova held the world’s No. 1 ranking in singles for 332 weeks and doubles for a record 237 weeks, making her the only player in history to hold the top ranking in both singles and doubles for more than 200 weeks.
