Legendary tennis player Venus Williams likes to spend time doing incredible things with her five-year-old niece, Olympia. The two had a lot of fun together and Williams loved posting all the little things about Olympia on Instagram.

There is an intriguing resemblance between the two recently seen together. The famous tennis player recently posted an adorable photo of herself and little Olympia on her Instagram page. Venus Williams is enjoying spending time with her niece and Serena Williams while on vacation in Mexico.

Aunt Venus Williams & Olympia witnessed bonding together

In the photo, a smiling Venus is sitting embracing Olympia. A lovely moment appears to have passed when both of them were staring at the camera. Fans have often witnessed the aunt-niece duo having fun and sharing funny banter on social media.


The former world no.1 player posted a lovely caption on her latest Instagram story for her niece. She wrote, “Anyways, I think she looks like me.”

Venus Williams loves to don her responsibilities as a protective aunt for Olympia. On one such trip, Olympia had a special guest who wanted to taste her food. But, ‘Aunt’ Venus was there to protect the five-year-old from unwanted visitors.

Williams in her fight for equal pay

The 2022 Leadership Conference was lucky to have a speaker who talked about the fight for equal pay in sports and business. When Venus Williams won her first Wimbledon title in 2000, she was paid significantly less than the men’s champion that year. For the next seven years, she fought for equal pay in women’s tennis, and when she won Wimbledon for the fourth time in 2007, Williams became the first woman to win the same prize money as her male counterparts.
