Recently, she went out with her fiance, Alexander Gilkes, to the serene Antelope Canyon.

Her fans were delighted to see her taking time out for herself and enjoying the ethereal sceneries around the world.

The Russian tennis player retired in 2020 and this year announced the wonderful news of welcoming a new family member. She and her fiance Alexander Gilkes announced the arrival of their son, Theodore, in July 2022. Unsurprisingly, the first few months after that proved hectic for the new mother.

But it seems like Sharapova has finally gotten a hang of the situation and can manage other affairs efficiently too. Seeing her enjoying herself made her fans content, who could not help but be happy for her.

One fan complimented both her and the scenery of the Antelope Canyon. It stated, “As always beautiful.” One other fan marveled over the beauty of the landscape and commented, “Red planet~~~?? Maria.” This curious fan who must have visited the place, asked, “A truly magical place – did you visit the lower canyon too!!?” Similarly, another fan noted, “it almost doesn’t look real, as if you’re standing in front of a green screen.”

The Russian player won five grand slam titles and shared one of the most iconic rivalries with Serena Williams. Though the H2H series is highly in favor of Serena Williams, Sharapova was always a challenge for the American player. They both pushed each other to give their best on the court.
