Former Czech-American tennis player Martina Navratilova has been expressing a lot about the recent saga regarding the PGA tour and the LIV Golf series. Earlier, she took to social media and criticized the players who were taking part in the Saudi-backed LIV Golf series.

Recently, legendary golfer Tiger Woods provided his opinion about those players who joined the Saudi-backed tour. Navratilova reacted to the comments made by Woods.

Martina Navratilova agrees with Tiger Woods
In a recent interview, 15 Major title winner, Tiger Woods, said, “I disagree with it. I think that what they’ve done is they’ve turned their back on what has allowed them to get to this position.”

He also talked about the players who have never played on the PGA tour and went straight to the LIV Golf series. “Some players have never got a chance to even experience it. They have gone from the amateur ranks right into that organization.”

Earlier in a statement, Tiger Woods criticized another legend, Phil Mickelson, for preferring the LIV Golf series over the PGA Tour. Even then, the legendary Czech-American tennis player applauded Woods, as she tweeted, “Good to hear!”

Notably, this has been an ongoing debate over the last few months regarding the Saudi revolution in Golf. Many players are choosing the LIV Golf series over the PGA tour due to the huge prize money on offer, which is why former players like Navratilova criticized those players.

Recently, Navratilova has garnered great attention on social media regarding her quirky tweets to Jenna Ellis, legal advisor of the former US President Donald Trump. Earlier, Trump’s legal adviser, called Simone Biles and Megan Rapinoe, ‘selfish’ and ‘loser’ after President Joe Biden presented them with the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Hence, the 18-time Grand Slam winner took to Twitter and blasted her with her own words.
