Tracy Chapman, winner of the 1989 Grammy Award for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance, surprised the world as she stepped up to the stage to perform a duet of Fast Cars. She performed the song with Luke Albert Combs, who was later nominated for the ‘Best Country Solo Performance’. The two rocked the stadium as fans and attending artists cheered loudly for them.

Chapman, who did her last tour in 2009, came out to perform with him later and won over many, including Martina Navratilova. She shared a picture of her sitting on the stage at the Grammys and performing with her guitar. With the picture, Martina Navratilova also shared the caption, “Magical Tracy!!!”. The Czech-American has not shared any history of being a fan of Chapman, but she will definitely follow her now.
