Since the retirement of the American tennis legend, Serena Williams, there has been a huge void in the world of tennis. However, the elder Williams sister, Venus, is doing her best to keep the spirits of her fans high. She recently dropped a major hint about her upcoming tournament plans. The seven-time Grand Slam champion shared a series of Instagram stories for her fans.

Venus Williams‘ last competitive match was in Auckland and she couldn’t materialize much in the match. Two months ago, the American was defeated by Laura Siegemund. Her latest social media post suggests that she may be ready to get back on the court.

Venus’ recent Instagram stories have caused a stir among tennis fans and experts. Many are speculating about whether Williams will indeed be making a return to Wimbledon this year.

In her last match against Zhu Lin, Venus Williams lost in the second round. This defeat was disappointing for Williams. She was serving for the match at 5-4, but Zhu broke her serve, resulting in Williams losing the final four games of the match and ultimately the match. Toward the end of the match, Williams appeared to have suffered a leg injury.

Venus has certainly got fans excited about her comeback match at one of the most iconic venues in tennis. Whether she makes a return remains to be seen, however, one thing is for sure – if she does, she will have the full support of tennis fans around the world.

The seven-time Grand Slam champion is looking forward to making a strong comeback on the tennis court, as she shared an update about her fitness status with fans. She informed her followers about her vitals on Instagram. Williams captioned the post “Rehabbing in style🌟,” which indicates that she is making preparations for her comeback.
