America’s former number-one tennis star Tracy Austin shared her shocking experience of an earthquake recently. Austin has been living in Rolling Hills with her family. Friday afternoon, an earthquake of heavy magnitude hit the Southern California coast near the famous Malibu. It was quite a deadly one and Austin, like other celebrities, shared her experience.

Tracy Austin shares her trauma after a massive earthquake hit her locality in Rolling Hills
In her official X (formerly Twitter), Tracy Austin recently shared that- “We just had an earthquake in Rolling Hills. There hasn’t been one that I felt for years. I felt that one! Shake and rattle.” After Austin’s tweet, the news of the earthquake went viral in the tennis world. Austin’s fans were truly terrified hearing that their favorite tennis star went through such an ordeal.

This earthquake was 4.6 in magnitude and its epicentre was in the mountains of Santa Monica. The place is almost 35 miles west of Los Angeles. It was around noon and 1:47 pm when the earthquake started. While there were no major damages or injuries, Austin’s tweet confirmed that residents of the locality were pretty scared.
Officials said about the earthquake that- “have been five events of magnitude 4 or greater recorded in the local area. They include the largest, a 5.3, in 1973, a 5.2 in 1979 and another in 1989. The most recent was a 4.4 in 2009.” The earthquake was also felt by the famous Los Angeles Film Studio, as people spotted objects shaking and moving.
What Austin felt along with the people who live in her locality is momentary. However, legendary tennis player Chris Evert‘s struggle with cancer is a long story, which still continues. In December last year, Tracy Austin shared a heartfelt message for Evert on her birthday.

I, now we, love you so much Chrissie!!!! HBD.”
