Venus and Serena Williams’ Big-Hearted Gift for Mother Oracene Goes on the Market for $4.6 Million

Oracene Price is a constant source of support for Serena Williams, as she’s often acknowledged. A few years ago, she penned down a heartfelt message, thanking her mother for being the role model she needed to endure all the hardships in her life. She ended the message writing, “Promise me, Mom, that you will continue to help. I’m not sure if I am as meek and strong as you are yet. I hope to get there one day. I love you dearly.” Reflecting the love for their mother, Serena and Venus bought her a home in 2005 in the Woodland Hills, LA, which is now in the market for sale.

The value of that property at that time is unknown, however, Oracene had lived in that mansion for almost 14 years before selling it out for $2 M in 2019. According to several reports, that same house will now be listed for $4,649,000 starting Friday. Had the sisters waited for 5 more years, they could’ve added a few more dollars to each of their net worth.

Nonetheless, talking about the property, it is a 7-bedroom house that has a gated private drive and the mansion sits atop a hill on a 1.4 acre lot. Moreover, along with other amenities that include a sparkling in-ground pool, and a gorgeous walk-in closet attached to the primary bedroom the buyer of this property will get a tennis court. Any tennis player reading this news would love to give it a try.

According to the reports published by Figure 8, it has 7 bedrooms, and 5 and a half bedrooms spanning 5612 sq.ft. It also has an oversized three-car garage and the mansion is recently renovated with an 18-foot vaulted ceiling with “seemingly endless mountain views.” According to their list, 4 bedrooms are located upstairs where there is a large Primary Suite Wing with walk-in closets. It has an expansive balcony with a skylight-lit luxury ensuite bath. The source describes this property as “ideal for the most discerning California lifestyle buyers.

Currently, she lives in Florida with her husband, Alexis Ohanian and their children.
