Eugenie Bouchard has ascended as one of the strongest players on the WTA Tour. Unfortunately, this year was unlucky for the Canadian. Bouchard suffered a significant right shoulder injury in March 2021. Thereafter, she hasn’t returned to the WTA tour.

However, recently Bouchard shared glimpses from her hydrotherapy session. It looks like Genie is finally recovering from the injury. On several occasions, she has updated her fans via posting pictures and videos from intense workout sessions.

Eugenie Bouchard performs hydrotherapy

The Canadian prodigy, Eugenie Bouchard, has stayed away from tennis after being struck with a shoulder injury at Monterrey Open earlier this year. The 2014 Wimbledon finalist couldn’t compete professionally since then. However, she’s currently concentrating on her rehabilitation phase.

Recently, former World No. 5 took to Instagram to share her hydrotherapy session. Bouchard performed various movements in the water, as she looked extremely focused. She even put on some light music to brighten up the atmosphere.

Bouchard’s collaboration with ‘New Balance’

Just a few days ago, Eugenie Bouchard released a new collection of ‘New Balance’ parenting with Bandier. She did it as part of the new campaign ‘Her advantage’. New Balance is an American brand that offers an exquisite collection of men’s and women’s activewear.
