World No. 8 Iga Swiatek suffered a humiliating defeat at the hands of Paula Badosa Gibert in the second round of the Tokyo Olympics 2020. Even though she tried to fight hard in the second set, the Spaniard outplayed her completely and crushed her in straight sets. The final scoreline of the match was 6-3, 7(7)-6(4).
