On a tennis court, Venus Williams is a seven-time Grand Slam winner and a great ambassador of the sport. But at home, she is the most adorable friend to her fourteen-year-old dog, Harry. If you have a hard time believing this, her recent Instagram video has all the evidence you need.

However, what made the scene adorable was that Venus decided to act out a song while waiting for Harry. The song she chose was Bruno Mars, Anderson .Paak, and Silk Sonic’s hit single Leave The Door Open. After strolling around for a while, Harry returned to her and followed her inside the house.
She captioned the video, “You know the feeling when you have pets. They just never want to come in when you want them to. So I’m leaving the door open so he can come in when he’s ready.”
The duo is undoubtedly one of the cutest dog-and-owner pairs in the community. Apart from Williams, Australian World No. 1 Ashleigh Barty and British professional Johanna Konta are also passionate dog lovers.
Additionally, the former World No. 1 had earlier revealed that Konta and Harry are also good friends. She said, “She’s always been really kind to my dog, always comes over and says hello to Harry. I think she and Harry have their own little relationship. It’s pretty cute.”

Also, there is no indication of which tournament she will choose next. But without a doubt, she will want to play the clay-court swing finale, the French Open 2021. Accordingly, she will need to play some clay tournaments to become match-ready for Roland Garros.
