After a disappointing early-round defeat in Miami Open,  Coco Gauff is back on the hard courts of the Billie Jean King Cup. The American tennis prodigy is accompanied by her compatriots including Jessica Pegula as they are all geared up to represent their country in the highly anticipated tournament.

Apart from their practice sessions, the WTA players have been doing a lot of off-court activities together. Speaking of it, Gauff recently revealed how the United States has only been huddling up to talk about TikTok.

Coco Gauff has taken TikTok obsession to the next level during the Billie Jean King Cup

The 19-year-old tennis star alongside her American peer, Jessica Pegula has been outclassing some of the top talents in the Billie Jean King Cup. In the process, the popular American duo has given their team a crucial 2-0 lead in the qualifier round of the tournament. Speaking about it, Coco Gauff was recently featured in a press conference of the event taking place in the Emirates Arena, Glasgow.

Meanwhile, she was asked about the main agenda during her huddle meetings with her compatriots on the women’s circuit. Gauff answered by denying the fact that the US team has been huddling up quite a bit. Even if they do huddle, things related to tennis won’t be the main topic of their discussions.

Later, it was her compatriot, Caty McNally  who decided to spill the beans about their meetings. She said that it is the online video platform, TikTok that has intrigued her fellow American players.

Taking note, Gauff said, “We were supposed to do a TikTok. We don’t really have huddles, but when we do, it’s not about anything important.”

The American tennis prodigy has constantly entertained the audience with a slew of her TikTok videos. From doing fun activities with her compatriots to dancing alongside her brothers, Gauff has uploaded several posts on the renowned short-form video hosting platform.

Notably, the 19-year-old tennis star was previously spotted dancing to the beats of the remix soundtrack titled, ‘Bad Habit’. In that TikTok video, Gauff was showcasing her brilliant dance moves alongside her younger brothers. Surprisingly, the Gauff siblings were putting on a hilarious dance show at an airport.
