The former POTUS said that instead of describing a problem, whether it is big or small, the one who has the audacity to say that he can handle it will attract the attention of the organization.

While sharing the story, Ohanian captioned it, “Great advice”.

In the video, Obama said that young people must focus on what they want to do rather than how to be successful.

He said, “Just learn how to get stuff done. I’ve seen at every level, people who are very good at describing problems, very sophisticated at why something went wrong or why something can’t get fixed, but what I’m always looking for is, no matter how small the problem is or how big it is, somebody who says, “Let me take care of that. And if you project an attitude of whatever it is, I can handle it or I can do it, whoever it is running the organization will notice it, I promise”
